Acceptance

Welcome to Guridoon.com. We are real estate solution in Somaliland. This real estate website is owned by "Guridoon". In order to use services from Guridoon.com, you must obey the terms and conditions of Guridoon. Here "we", "us" refers to Guridoon and "you", "your" to the user. If you do not agree the terms, please do not use the services. You have to admit these as a contract between Guridoon.com and you.

Concern

This terms and conditions are applied to those who use our services "user". Whereas some part of this policy is for specific people. Real Estate Professionals (REP's) who have created an account on Guridoon.com. REPs include landlords, investors, agents, institutional property consultants, and other service providers.

What information do we gather, and where do we get it

The server keeps the record of information ("Log Data") automatically. It includes information of your browser type, operating system, IP address, search terms, pages visited and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you use our services for example when you log into our website. We use Log Data in order to customize and improve our services. This policy does not apply to, nor do we take any responsibility for any information that is collected by any third party either using the services or through any links on the Website.

Information we gather from REPs

When you create a REP account in Guridoon.com whether as an agent, landlord or any other service provider, you are asked to provide certain information in order to set up an account. We ask you to provide the name (individual/company), email address, phone number and detail information about your property if you are creating a landlord REP. If you create a paid REP account and become a subscriber, we require you to submit all of the information including but not limited to as required from landlords and agents as well as a description of your campaign and/or your property details.

Location Data

During the registration process if you provide the location information we store that information and link it with your account. We may use and store information about your location to provide localized features, to analyze our services with the help of third-party analytics services, and to improve and customize our Services.

Why we gather information from you

Guridoon.com provides digital real estate advertising/marketing and information services through its Website. In order to provide our Services, we use the information we collect to:

- Help you find the most information for your situation by customizing our Services to optimize your experience.

- Keep you connected with Guridoon.com across the internet.

- Put you in touch with the right people to sell, buy, rent, or research residential real estate, avail related services and to optimize the information we share with those parties to initiate a productive and efficient relationship.

Services Description

We aim to accurate. However, we do not guarantee in the description of the content is accurate, reliable, complete or error-free. We provide the links of the sites which Guridoon.com has no control. We are not responsible for the availability of such resources or such external site. But we share the information of those who access our Services with reputable organizations whose service or products we think you might find interesting from time to time.

People who provided us their phone number may receive text messages or telephone call from us with information regarding our upcoming events or new products/services. You hereby give specific consent to receive the telephone calls or text messages related to our Services and waive the DND registry in case you have subscribed to the same. Contact with REP

If you fill the form from Guridoon.com or use our services, we may share personally identifiable information that you share with us and information about your use of our service with a party you wanted to contact. This may include data you input such as home search criteria or Log Data that we collect as you use the Services. If a REP wants to contact you based on the anonymized profile of Guridoon.com pages you visited, we will contact you to see if we can make that connection. Sometimes, if we are working with a third party to improve the quality of connecting we provide to our subscriber REPs, we may provide that third party with additional but limited personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of their carrying out their duty to us. By sharing the information, you agree to share your details with a third party also.

Representations and Warranties by REPs

By registering and/or listing any properties on our website, each REPs represents and warrants that:

(a) The REPs have all rights to list the said properties on the website and by doing so, the REPs are not violating or infringing upon the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of any other person and any applicable laws.

(b) All the details of the properties listed on the Platform, shared by the REPs, are current, up-to-date and accurate, including the location, property specifications and price.

(c) By listing the properties on the website, the REPs is granting all such rights to Guridoon.com to authorize Guridoon.com to use and/or share such listing details in any manner, including on any other websites, platforms etc. of Guridoon.com or any associate or third party.

Disclaimers related to completeness and authenticity of the content/listing

Guridoon.com does not take responsibility or liability for the contents, actions, products, and services on the website, if any, which are linked to Affiliates and/or third party websites using APIs or otherwise. Guridoon.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use or the inability to use its website, its content or links, including but not limited to damages caused by or related to errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, line failure and all other direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, loss of profit, exemplary or consequential damages whether based on warranty, contract, tort, and whether or not, such organizations or entities were intimated or advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, Guridoon.com / or its associates, subsidiaries, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensees, business partners and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of any material or your breach of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.

1. The user should conduct checks and establish the authenticity of any property, or project, its title, built up area, suitability for buying/renting in a form and manner deemed appropriate at his or her cost.

2. Guridoon.com being an advertising platform does not and cannot validate the authenticity of content in its Services. A lot of content is uploaded by the advertiser and we do not filter or verify the same. If a complaint is made, we will take remedial measures.

3. Certain points to bear in mind:

(a) Conduct a comprehensive check of ownership to verify owners'/landlords’ credentials.

(b) Visit the project site/property personally, to ensure that the seller’s / landlord’s claim is genuine and that the property is not an 'imaginary' one.

(c) Beware of false title documents. Loans may have been secured against properties that may be disputed or have remained vacant for long.

(d) We strongly recommend that proper due diligence on the property is conducted prior to entering into a transaction related to a real estate.

Copyright and Trademark Policy

The content including in our services such as text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of the Company, its users and its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws. All software used on this website is the property of the Company.

All other trademarks not owned by Company that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Guridoon.com or its affiliates.

Guridoon.com is committed to removing infringing products from its platform. To facilitate this, Guridoon.com has put in place a Guridoon.com Infringement Verification process so that intellectual property owners could easily report listings that infringe their rights. We understand that it is in Guridoon.com interest to ensure that infringing products are removed from its platform, as they erode Buyer and Seller trust.

General matters

The confidentiality and accuracy of your account information is your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and accuracy of your password, email address, and other account information at all times. We recommend a strong password that you do not use with other services. We are not responsible for personal data transmitted to a third party as a result of an incorrect email address or loss of passwords from you.

Third party website

Our website may have the link of other websites. We also do not have any responsibility or liability for the content on websites that use the Guridoon.com search functionality. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these websites, which may differ from ours.

Sale/Merger

   The information about our website and the user is a business asset of Guridoon.com.

 Consequently, information about our users, including personal information, will be disclosed as part of any merger or acquisition, creation of a separate business to provide the website, our services or fulfill products, sale or pledge of company assets as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information would be transferred as one of the business assets of the company.

Amendment to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the revisions.

The dispute between buyer and seller

The situation may come where there is a dispute between the buyer and seller Guridoon.com does not guarantee or promise anything in terms of the correctness of the information provided by the seller or buyer. For any damage to the seller due to the buyer and any damage due to the buyer due to a seller, Guridoon.com will not be absolutely responsible for that.

Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the Grievance Officer through email on the following email ID info (at) guridoon.com.
