By visiting this site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") as well as guest policy ("Guest Policy"). This Guest Policy covers our treatment of Personal Information (as defined herein below) that we collect when you: (a) submit an application to become a Guridoon account ("Account"); and/or (b) purchase products or services offered on the Site (collectively, "Guridoon Products"). We believe in 100% permission-based marketing. No personal information will be shared with any third parties without the customer's permission.

- No information should be submitted to or posted at, the site by visitors under eighteen (18)   years of age. Persons eighteen (18) years of age and younger are not permitted to access the site and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from such individuals. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.

-  It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of purchasing home or land. Otherwise, we'll not accept the purchase.

- The identification proofs accepted are National ID Card or Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to Purchase any property. All the documents should be legal and true. Otherwise, you won't be able to work with Guridoon the next time.

- If you are foreigner you must consult the ministry of the interior before the purchase.

- Do not expect interest rate, we only work Islamic Sharia law.

- At your request, we will remove the Personal Information that you have provided to us. You may do so by e-mailing us at  info (at) guridoon.com. 

Cancellation Policy

We are easy to work with. In case if you want to cancel the home/land bookings we don't offer you any charge without informing you. Every work is done in your presence.
